How can I become attractive in three weeks?
I can tell you how you can boost your confidence in 3 weeks. We don’t have a lot of time, so let’s get right to it.
Week 1:
- Get a little blank book that you can carry around in your pocket. Always have it with you.
- Go through life as usual, but whenever you feel nervous, or anxious, or even afraid, take out your notebook, write a short description of the situation down, and rate how uncomfortable you felt on a scale from 1, not uncomfortable at all, to 10, hiding in the closet with a gun.
- Do just that for a whole week.
Week 2 & 3:
- Take your notebook and create 3 columns.
- In the first column, list the situations from week one that made you somewhat uncomfortable. These should be in the 2–5 region. In the second, write down everything that made you anxious (6–8 on our scale). And in the third column, list all the things that frightened you (9’s and 10’s).
- Now, go ahead and take the easiest thing from the first column and put yourself in the same situation again. For example, if you got nervous speaking in front of your colleagues, you could volunteer to give a presentation. In case it’s too difficult, split it up into smaller steps until it becomes doable. Then increase the difficulty until you are ready for the real thing.
- For the rest of week 2 and all of week 3, just do as many items from your three columns as possible. It sounds simple, but it’s probably the hardest thing you have ever done.
What this exercise will do for you, is make you much more comfortable in the situations you encounter in your everyday life. And with comfort comes confidence. And with confidence comes attractiveness.
