How do you know if you are really intelligent?

People around you makes sure you know. either they say so or you feel that most people are slow.

Let me take an example (a humblebrag) When i was in middle school a certain quiz-game which i can't remember the name of became popular. But you could have a minimum of two turns to win and a maximum of twenty-five. I rarely used more than two turns.

I usually sat there like some oracle just answering they're questions. I was sitting answering for maybe six games and the questions were either science, art, history, sports or tv-shows. It came to the point where one guy actually said: “ You could actually be the next Einstein if you weren't so lazy"

Another anecdote is that when i decided to apply for culinary school, my teachers were shocked. Thats atleast what my math teacher said. She justified this by saying “You have gone to this school for three years, you spent classes either sleeping or watching netflix. You haven't openeded the books and the lowest grade you got where a D with the average being a C+!”

My point is people start telling you or you notice it. It is usually pretty obvious if you actually think about it a while;)
