What are the craziest/strangest things you did under tension/depression?


  1. Avoid people: I confined my world. I stopped interacting with people.
  2. Writing articles: I started to write article about different topics. I did it just to keep myself busy.
  3. Sleep 15 hours: I have slept 15–16 hours at a stretch.
  4. Meditate hours after hours: I meditated 3–4 hours without taking break.
  5. Googling pointlessly: I googled pointlessly about “how to get rid of depression”
  6. Running at night : I started to run at night.
